Kipp Corkill

Manager

Kipp is a native Chicagoan and the newest addition to our management team. He has been in the restaurant industry for the past 26 years, starting with his first job on the fry station at McDonald's. He moved to Dallas and worked  for Dave & Buster's for eight years during it's time of early expansion. Growing from a server to opening team general manager as the chain grew from 2 to over 20 units. After leaving Dave and Buster's Kipp managed a Breugger's Bagels in Cincinnati until his daughter  graduated from high school. Upon returning to Dallas Kipp continued his career at Avanti Italian Restaurant where he served as a general manager for 8 years. Then taking a hiatus from Avanti, he managed Vitto Italian before rejoining  Avanti for an additional 4 years.  Kipp returned to his home town in 2015 where he served as a manager at Rosebud  Theater District before joining our team at D4.  He is quite a movie buff, loves pets and considers himself a craft beer aficionado.
